SAFETY 24 x 7 provides a digital platform to:
- Manage blood donation records
- Allow users to submit blood requests
- Display departments and listed doctors
- Assist in coordinating potential donor contacts
3. User Registration & Account
- Users must provide accurate personal details including blood group, age, location, contact number, and last donation date.
- Users may add family members with similar information.
- Registration may be done using a referral code provided by authorized employees.
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
4. 24-Hour Trial Access
Newly registered users are granted 24-hour access. After this period, access requires administrative approval and payment status verification.
- Payment status may be updated as: New, Pending, Paid, or Expired.
- Admin reserves the right to restrict access if payment is not approved.
5. Blood Request Process
- Users can request blood by specifying blood group and location.
- The system displays relevant doctors categorized by departments.
- SAFETY 24 x 7 does not guarantee donor availability.
6. Donor Contact Policy
- Donors are matched based on age, blood group, and location.
- Admin may manually contact eligible donors.
- Up to 5 contact attempt records may be stored.
- Donation participation is voluntary.
7. Medical Disclaimer
SAFETY 24 x 7 is not a medical provider and does not provide treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. All medical decisions must be made in consultation with qualified professionals.
8. Limitation of Liability
SAFETY 24 x 7 shall not be liable for:
- Medical emergencies or complications
- Failure to secure blood donors
- Incorrect user-entered information
- Delays in response or communication
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
